A grim report from the Russian Ministry of Extraordinary Situations (MCHS) is warning today that our planet is currently "under attack "from" space poisonous clouds "that are entering the upper atmosphere due to" accelerated movement of the magnetic poles and are responsible for the many reports of animal mortality worldwide.
